Friendly and empathetic people here who care about you on all levels. Engineering team is solid, using the latest and greatest stack - director is really focused on hiring great people, not just great engineers. Code is clean. WLB is great. Solving interesting issues.

I can’t think of any cons.

There’s some good people there.

There’s some bad people there. Culture is shot. Company is offloading jobs overseas. Zero benefits or raises to speak of. Shady and discriminating comments from leadership were frequent. You are just a body to them.
