My experience with Stiiizy has been very positive. They have strict expectations, such as being punctual and responsible, but that is expected from all employees in any job, especially in an industry that requires it such as this one. They have made it easy for you to do your job if you follow their procedures, guidelines, and instructions. They are very strict about following protocols, so learn them and you won't have any issues. Very streamlined, efficient delivery process from the moment your shift starts to the end. They have a lot of expectations from you, but none of them are unreasonable or extreme (be on-time, communicate, adhere to policies, meet performance expectations, etc.). Simple, straight-foward job. Easy to learn, easy to do, and not as complicated as others have made it. - Check for orders, prepare it, deliver the order, complete order, repeat Delivery zones are randomly assigned, which i appreciate. i have not seen any instances of favoritism as you are assigned the zone randomly. If you follow their protocol of letting the customer know an ETA, along with updating them when you are close and then again when you have arrived, the process is simple and streamlined. I have a lot of appreciation and praise towards the support team for drivers; they've helped me out with any issue I've had while on the road, whether it would be rude customer, order issue, or general problems during your shift. They know what they're doing very well, have a great attitude all the time, and are very quick to a solution for you. Management is great; they act like management but do their best to make you feel supported rather than feeling managed. As long as you follow the rules and their procedures, they are more than understanding and friendly. The reviews about bad management was my biggest worry when applying and starting this job, but ALL of management has been the most approachable and communicative in my experiences. Admittedly, I have been written up by one and it was not pleasant, but it was also my responsibility while they're fulfilling their responsibility as management. Respect is given if it is also shown.

Mileage reimbursement is sufficient to cover gas and basic maintenance, but not enough to cover wear-and-tear afterwards. You will be putting many, many miles on your car.

Working for Stiiizy was, in my experience, extremely disappointing. The work environment felt heavily micromanaged to the point where it became stressful and draining. As a manager, I found there was no real opportunity for raises, and promotions seemed nearly impossible unless you acted exactly how they wanted almost like you had to walk, talk, and operate like a robot just to be considered.In my personal experience, the leadership style from certain individuals, came across as overly controlling and difficult to work under. Many employees, myself included, expressed concerns about their management style feeling mentally exhausting or verbally harsh, but it often felt like the company didn’t take those concerns seriously or chose to overlook them entirely. Overall, if you value authentic leadership, growth opportunities, and a healthy work environment, I would think carefully before working here. Stiiizy has potential, but the culture and management practices made it, for me, a very challenging and unhealthy place to work.
