doesn't pay for drivers entire work time drivers always quitting because the job doesn't pay enough to survive off of. drivers having to work two or three other jobs just to make ends meet making them exhausted when they do this job. This job interferes with other jobs because routes always changing and etc another reason why drivers end up quitting because this job pays too little for all that is done on the job driver, babysitter, cleaner, security, referee, social worker and etc. Split shifts.
