Office is just cool, with fantastic snack area/café and great location in downtown Redmond. Hybrid work environment with plenty of flexibility means good balance all around. Exceptional benefits. Lack of corporate structure can be very liberating but also easy for underperformers to slip through the cracks. More frequent reviews would be a solid upgrade.
