Team always gives useful feedback. There is freedom to try new ideas. Seniors support you if your direction makes sense. We use good tools and have access to everything needed to do proper design work.

Sometimes things change suddenly, and we need to adjust designs quickly. It breaks flow. Deadlines can feel tight, specially when multiple teams are involved. More planning would help.
