      - no cons really but make sure you have a good understanding of the pay structure because they have a lot of incentives and on target earning potential that contributes to the overall yearly income.

      Some people are really nice and want to do good.

      Management in CIMTO are vile political protectionists. And in Communities leadership they are all looking out for themselves. Self proclaimed best friends who will never be innovative. Money > customers no matter what they say. And as far an individual treatment it borders on malicious and evil. If you’re not in the CIMTO’s “circle” you’ll be targeted. Don’t bother.
