      Leadership lacks transparency Many times there just isn’t enough work to go around. Some partners have unreasonable demands. Pay is not competitive, but they consistently give increases to you to keep up. Hours are hard to meet because of inconsistent work loads Some partners have no interest in mentoring associates.

      Love the firm supervisor she was fair and reasonable not only with attorneys but all employees. Small and family like firm. Respectful group of attorneys.

I am generally able to work on a wide variety of projects which keeps the work interesting and offers me the ability to learn. Management is always willing to open opportunities for learning and advancement. A healthy work life balance is acknowledged, respected and encouraged.
