Location of work was good. The building Owners and Board are awesome!

No Training, if you have questions you need to figure them out yourself. Told to do a budget but never was shown company procedures. Immediate Supervisory hard to approach and never responds timely to emails.

They give anyone a chance. With or without experience. Could be a foot in the door for someone who is ok with the high workload, low pay and bad treatment.

Very high workload (was hired to be on site at 1 property, was given 7 more properties a few months in), no proper training, lower than average pay. For what they expect out of their employees they’re really not paying enough. Everyone is on call 24/7, and management has to do A LOT of accounting work. Very high turnover rate. People got fired because they didn’t have the money to keep them, workload was just added to other employees, meanwhile upper management is boasting about how much money they have (CEO has a helicopter). Working here is not worth the stress and disrespect.
