Great small company - Recensione dipendente - Quality Technician presso StoneLock

I was allowed a lot of autonomy in my job. They took me at my word and valued my opinion on technical matters. They have nice offices with lots of space and parking.

After the CTO left the company, they thought it was a wise idea to put a salesman in charge of the software development team. For over a year, this guy ran the development team and treated us like slaves. If you have an issue and tell a manager, they'll say "not my department" and tell you to complain to someone else. The company does not value employee input. When I joined Stonelock, the CEO said to me "we are like a family here". That was a true statement. That is completely gone, employees are not much more than a number to this company anymore.

Small company, you will wear many hats.

It's probably not worth reviewing this company since I expect their small Angel Funding to runout soon, they won't be around any longer. The company's building does not have enough parking, you will have to park further away and walk to the company.
