Great working environment and very positive work life balance

Not much of a career advance visible

Overall decent salary and bonuses at the end of the year as well as good benefits.

Constant restructuring and lack of communication can be disorienting for employees. People come and go and very few people are notified. Can have limited career growth opportunities in certain departments.
