      One notable drawback within the company is the lack of loyalty and disconnect exhibited by the Regional Director of Operations. There is a concerning pattern where the Regional Director tends to prioritize the input of other team members over that of the General Managers, failing to adequately consider or address their perspectives. This disconnect results in a breakdown of communication and undermines the collaborative efforts necessary for effective leadership and operational success.

      Prior to joining Stonebridge, I had heard that it was a good company to work for. Now as an employee, I can say it's even better than I had hoped for. It's a welcoming and collaborative environment. You're given the tools to do your job efficiently and you definitely feel like you are part of the team. It's refreshing to work where you actually look forward to going to work every day.
