Travel benefits are nice to have, and property management is fairly strong and level-headed.

There is a clear and massive disconnect between corporate leaders and both hourly/salary employees. Business from corporate moves slow and it seems those in corporate only show the bare minimum of support to most properties. Pay is fair for the position but still strikingly low considering cost of living in the area. Harsh lack of benefits for hourly employees and slow paths for career growth unless you are already seriously connected and liked by upper management and corporate teams.

Very welcoming corporate office. I feel very comfortable and confident for the long term. Work equipment is very nice.

Prior to joining Stonebridge, I had heard that it was a good company to work for. Now as an employee, I can say it's even better than I had hoped for. It's a welcoming and collaborative environment. You're given the tools to do your job efficiently and you definitely feel like you are part of the team. It's refreshing to work where you actually look forward to going to work every day.
