      Positive work culture Big company but still small enough to know the corporate team and other leaders Big on technology, they invest in tools and systems to help employees do their jobs The company has strong goals and a clear vision I have confidence in the company's performance

      Gives directives with no direction Regionals are more like task masters then mentors I spend a lot of time working on tasks that don't generate revenue and as a selling DOS that is frustrating I don't see a lot of room for growth unless I relocate

      Very welcoming corporate office. I feel very comfortable and confident for the long term. Work equipment is very nice.

      Prior to joining Stonebridge, I had heard that it was a good company to work for. Now as an employee, I can say it's even better than I had hoped for. It's a welcoming and collaborative environment. You're given the tools to do your job efficiently and you definitely feel like you are part of the team. It's refreshing to work where you actually look forward to going to work every day.
