Everyone was easy to get along with, even the new hires. Offers rewards and uses point system for close outs or helping another employees.

There was new hires every couple of weeks. They can't keep enough people staffed long enough, causing people to quit, and putting more work on the other case managers. Some case managers have hundreds of clients each, making it impossible to handle their accounts. All they care about is getting new clients to hire them (even if it means lying/over promising them and setting unrealistic expectations from the service side), and not providing decent customer service. They brag about their amazing reviews on BBB, but they get complaints weekly. They dispute all the complaints and offer refunds before they could be published online.

If you do not mind spending your 10-11 day sitting and lying to people about how they can save money and we can help you with the IRS, then by all means apply. People use fake names on the phone, You spend you days calling people and basically threatening them that if they do not pay you, the IRS will come after them. Not really true. You can negotiate with the IRS<> Very childish office where the manager likes to tease and berate people. Oh, you use a fake name on the phone and you call yourself a Senior Tax Consultant, You know zero about taxes and the lawyer they use is an immigration lawyer,.
