I learned a lot about a manufacturing environment and what it takes to make a product. Most of my coworkers were easy to get along with.

A LOT of disagreement within the management level between those constantly onsite and those that pop in a few times a week. Clear disconnect between shop floor and front office personnel. Personal issues between employees distracting from and affecting work. "Revolving door" system with operators constantly let go and replaced.

This company operates very unprofessionally, I don't have anything positive to remark

Incompetence is one thing, but malicious incompetence was very difficult to deal with. I had experienced by management team a lot of set up for failures including serious accusations to a personal level while I was only trying to contribute. Never any kind of direction on how company operates which showed the chaos and management incompetence. I would only recommend this company if seriously no other work resources available because here no support, leadership, no advancement, and the atmosphere is very heavy, confrontation and detrimental to deal with
