Once the honeymoon period was over it was all downhill. Over worked and under appreciated. They are growing too fast to keep up with demand. Unrealistic expectations and no one is held to the same standards. If you are not one of the favorites then they don’t care about your wellbeing. Extremely high turn over rate, employees are “dismissed” at the end of the month leaving the stress up picking up the slack by the rest of the team. Upper management is nice to your face but really they couldn’t care less about you.
