I must admit, I came in with some severe baggage from previous jobs that left me doubting a place like this could exist. There was no way, I thought, that a group of people could be this sincere and respectful. I actually said as much in my interviews. A year later, I am extremely happy to have been given the opportunity to join StoreBound. Every day I am presented with the opportunity to be creative, think analytically, and execute without oppressive micro-management. We are a true creative, collaborative, and supportive environment. While it is a fast-moving company, there is never a time that the culture is neglected to grind out a few more hours of productivity. Weekly lunches and regular company events/retreats connect every department, and everyone has a chance to voice their opinions, ideas, and suggestions to better the company. The best part is that everyone is actually encouraged to be a part of the team and add to the overall positive atmosphere. Presenting a product or idea is met with enthusiasm and constructive discussion, which leads to better products and customer experience, as well as group cohesion. This is what sets StoreBound and DASH products apart from our competitors - you can see the care and sincerity that goes into what we do.

Space is a little tight, but such is the case in NYC
