A company started by a family that implements family values in each facet of the business. StoreBound truly puts the individual first. This is tough to find anywhere, let alone in the heart of the financial district in NYC. There isn't an employee at the company that doesn't go out of their way to make sure everyone feels appreciated. It's the beauty of the team; the ability to lift each other both personally and professionally without hesitation. Many companies have employees siloed - not StoreBound. Collaboration is key and all departments are encouraged to share opinions with the Team. It's inspiring to have so many different walks of life come together to push the business forward. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention how approachable Senior Management is. There are no ivory towers at StoreBound, but only an open-door policy that really makes everyone feel heard. Not to mention, Senior Management has no hesitation when it comes to rolling up their sleeves and getting a little messy; in fact, you can tell they love it... it's just another avenue to build a stronger relationship with the employees, vendors, and in turn, our customers.
