A lot of people have worked there for many years and they are resistant to change, which can demotivate other people because of their attitude towards change.

- Very unique business/product-development/innovation internship. - Worked in cross-functional teams, where each member of the team had a unique background. - Learned a whole lot about the entire innovation-process and working with various stakeholders to create/improve a product/service. - Became much better at presenting, as we had to do this each week throughout the internship. - Amazing co-workers: Everyone were very nice and encouraging, both my seniors and peers, and some of them were also quite talented. - I generally had a great time.

Not that interesting case - would prefer to have worked on something more relevant, with a bigger impact. Not sure if what we made really helped them in any way.
