*Flexible and understanding of work/life/family needs, strives to be a long-term and stable employer. *Compensation is fair for the local market and is direct deposit, on time. *Management is highly supportive of staff who take up initiatives to improve company opportunities and culture. *Super easy access via transit for the commute. *Supportive team members, good camaraderie.

*Cost of living in Vancouver is atrocious. *Being part of a small business that is trying to compete against bigger and better-funded competition can be stressful. *Not enough skilled staff for some of the tasks we set out to accomplish. (see previous point)
