Storied has brought me so much personal and professional growth throughout my career. It can be challenging working in a start-up environment: quick paced, fast pivot, build the plane while flying it; but its so rewarding to see what you and a few amazing team members can accomplish. It's not the spot for everyone. If you're looking to be stale, just work a boring 9-5, not use your brain, slip under the radar - not your spot. But if you want to learn, grow, stretch, contribute and lean into your talent & voice - it's the place. - Choose your own adventure, career growth is what you make it - Great benefits - unlimited PTO, flexibility, great healthcare, AMAZING team & culture - Focus on personal and professional growth - Opportunity to be a swiss army knife & use all the tools - Did I mention amazing humans :)

As with all smaller (and growing) organizations, there can be some growing pains. Sometimes you don't always have the map or GPS of where you're going but you have a great boat and solid paddle buddies to help you get there.

As Storied's first employee, I'm entering my ninth year with the company. The internal culture drew me in initially, and continues to be a highlight. Relationship first, everyone has the opportunity to lead and innovate, highly collaborative in nature. I'm incredibly proud of the work we've done, and the growth and evolution that's taken place throughout the years. At Storied, I've had the opportunity to work with the some of world's most iconic clients - Facebook, Google, Tesla, American Express, Hulu, the list goes on and on. Supporting our clients while we together draw out their mission-driven stories is a privilege.

The Storied team has always had a strong virtual community, which is a huge pro. The downside is that I only get to be in the room with some of the team a few times a year. Thank goodness for Zoom video - there is very rarely a day that I'm not connecting with multiple team members via video meetings:)
