You are expected to work hard and after hours, but this is a given when working for a smaller company in the recruitment world. There is a lot of room to grow and make money, but it is dependent on you and how much you care.

This is strenuous, repetitive work where many days blur together. You are operating in both a sales role and a recruiting role at the same time. Because you are effectively doing two jobs, hitting weekly and monthly KPIs often feels like a constant burden, leaving you in a permanent state of playing catch-up. Learning and development was subpar, plain and simple. Instead of structured training that actually made people better, many meetings felt immature and unprofessional, more like middle school than a serious business environment. Lastly, favoritism was obvious and damaging. When favoritism is this visible, it erodes trust, kills morale, and directly undermines the long-term success of Storm2.
