      love the staff & residents every one is so welcoming & treats u like family! Beautiful building & tons of activities for the residents & the staff is always included to bring a smile to the residents! Staff is also included in any buffets meals that our served for the residents!! Love working here very positive work environment!

      -Great opportunity to connect with new colleagues and leadership in a more relaxed setting -Well-organized overall, with clear effort put into logistics and planning -Sessions helped provide insight into my new company’s vision and direction -Positive, welcoming atmosphere that made integration feel smoother -Good balance of structured activities and informal networking time

      -The only con, I can think of, was the travel....both directions we had a layover.....no fault of anyone, travel just took a long time
