I’ve been given the tools I need to excel, along with consistent coaching that encourages me to keep growing and improving. What makes this role especially meaningful is the opportunity to share my days with our residents and be a part of their stories. Having the trust of my team to help create memorable, positive experiences for them is incredibly rewarding and fulfilling.

The only area for improvement I’ve experienced is with the healthcare benefits. The cost is relatively high, and the coverage could be more comprehensive.

-Great opportunity to connect with new colleagues and leadership in a more relaxed setting -Well-organized overall, with clear effort put into logistics and planning -Sessions helped provide insight into my new company’s vision and direction -Positive, welcoming atmosphere that made integration feel smoother -Good balance of structured activities and informal networking time

-The only con, I can think of, was the travel....both directions we had a layover.....no fault of anyone, travel just took a long time
