Management is not very professional. They will make it clear whether they like you or not. It's not unusual to see managers scream at staff or send passive-aggressive messages. Most of the staff is sexist, racist or transphobic. Limited options for staff food, which gets boring very quickly and the poor hygiene in the kitchen/the way food is prepared makes you not want to eat the food. The amount of hours you get and how much you get paid depends on how busy the restaurant is.
