Two weeks are essentially wasted with no practical benefit. -Compensation is below market, with aggressive cost-cutting impacting even high-revenue teams. Even basic onboarding support is missing; new joiners are not provided with a joining kit, citing budget constraints. In short Strada says it is culturally great, and it is just their dream.
