Your manager is of no help ever. They promote you if they like you, not based on merit or if you work hard. The rules change every single day! They are a new AC company with no idea what they are doing so you need to figure things out on your own. When you give two weeks notice they let you go on the spot. If you're white you get paid more, education doesn't matter. They write you up for nonsense, meanwhile the person next to you is on his phone all day long and he gets free lunch. It's garbage glad I quit.
