Sales were good and staff discount is good, clothing is nice. Worked with a great team on the floor but managers let us down.

Awful shifts, 3 hour shifts, worked more unpaid hours than paid, terrible managers, managers blatantly preferred Spanish staff, managers made staff cry, very stressful environment. I had 4 years experience on tills yet it was 9 months before I was made cashier as the previous managers ignored me when I said I had experience and put staff who didnt speak English on tills!! Only when the Spanish managers left and a new nicer manager took over did I get an opportunity to be a cashier where I excelled. Was put in the fitting room everyday for 9 months!! We were kept behind late to tidy every evening and they didnt pay us.
