Good company and very nice people

No real cons that come to mind

Everyone is very friendly and laid-back. There is a good camaraderie among the employees. The company takes care to ensure that employees are happy and have a good work environment. Fresh bagels every morning. They provide everyone with a MacBook Pro and a secondary monitor, which increases efficiency. The benefits package offered is very comprehensive and average salaries are very competitive. Management is very flexible and allows employees to work however best suits them.

There is not always good communication concerning the goals of the company or the goals of an individual project. Although management doesn't breathe down employees' necks, there is sometimes a lack of clarity in job descriptions.
