Great People, and amazing benefits.

There are a lot of work hours in spring and fall.

Strata is a great place to work. The salaries are competitive, the work environment is enjoyable and the additional benefits are fantastic. Strata makes their employees a priority and takes their feedback into consideration. I feel like decisions are always made based on the welfare of the employees and what would be best for us.

The only con is sometimes it is difficult to have work life balance but that is the nature of the industry and not necessarily a problem of Strata's. I think there are sometimes issues of give and take in that you give a lot in terms of hours during busy periods but that time is not always given back to you in times of need. It seems like there are times you work way more than 40 hours but on a slower week when you may need to get something done and would like to work 36 hours for example you are still required to hit 40.
