Their flagship product is terrific and has great potential. People are great. Very helpful, collaborative and in general want the company to succeed.

Leadership is lacking foresight. Last 3 years, EVERY new product initiative was shelved after months of work. Whoever at the top is advising / deciding the technical direction is a spectacular failure. They are trying to find next big thing in Identity, but just betting on the wrong ideas. The quest for AI is great, but the things you are spending time on is odd.
