The company I worked for was acquired by SIG & I was laid off following the transition period. My experience could not have been more wonderful though. Everyone was kind & helpful. I was very impressed with how the employees worked together & the understanding they had for each other when they encountered roadblocks.

Just that they didn't have a position available for me following the merger (non-billable position).

Remote work is great, benefits are standard

In-person gatherings every other year do not best utilize the time, time tracking is excessive, cares more about bottom line than customer relationships. They are trying to grow too quickly.
