Company will give preference to freshers too. If they have good development project they will give preference to experienced people also. No one is experience more than 8 yrs apart from managers.

When I joined they were working on Wordpress CMS, Later I got the skills on Opencart too.
One developer was working on Magento and others were working on Big Data technologies too.
