Career growth opportunities are limited, making the job feel stagnant. Financial decisions also seem inconsistent, with cost-saving measures in some areas but unnecessary spending in others. Additionally, the strong influence from Israel can complicate work for those outside the region, adding to the challenges. Communication is a continuous struggle for Stratasys, people leave and you don't find out until you try to reach out to them. Nor do you know who to communicate with in their place.
