Nothing to offer at all

very unorganized and not employee focused

Apart from some nice colleagues, everything else here is BAD.

Senior management does not know how to coach or mentor, they believe in screaming and shouting at you in front of everyone to get the message across. The senior management have a lot of expectations, but sadly, none of them knows what it means to "lead by example". The senior management is made up of an inner circle who are faultless, whatever mistakes made by one of these people, the staff get blamed. Tasks assigned to anyone in the inner circle often get dragged past the deadline only to have the task conveniently re-assigned to someone else who ends up taking the blame. The meetings are a waste of time, there is no agenda, no minutes taken, no direction whatsoever, you go in just to get shouted at. Going to work here is like getting arrowed on a daily basis to go clear minefields. The HR lies through their teeth to get you to sign the letter, do not believe a word of it, the salary is well below market rate, there is no 13th month and no performance bonus. You are expected to work on weekends and very often through the night with no time-off. The salary is never on time, delays are expected every month, the longest period was a few months. You are expected to take this quietly and carry on working as per normal, asking about your wages will result in you getting a public dressing down, like you owe them or something. Basically, if I had to come work here again, I would rather get a job cleaning public toilets with my tongue.
