The work engages your mind and you get to meet interesting clients and work. If you're looking for a place to lie low and grow skills, this could be a good fit.

You'll never be recognized for your skills, pay raises are a fight, and you won't be competitive in your field. If you're young, modern, and want a career - this isn't the place for you. You will be frustrated and management won't care. From what long-time employees say, it wasn't always that way but I wouldn't know. They don't have a lot of other work so if your contract has an issue - you'll be out of a job.
