So far I've been very impressed. Learning and experience is by far the most aggressive for me personally. From what i see this is because of the different markets which SMS supports. Training for me was limited to getting know clients and the ticketing system but overall was good. lots of support from internal team especially engineering guys, a solid team experience. Customers are great to work with most of the time. Management is mostly transparent with everything going on. They have an open door policy although i havent had to knock on it yet. They speak about career advancement a lot and the value this brings the business. Business seems to be growing which is good.

Some customers dont understand technology which makes for frustrating experience when trying to get them to see the value in IT. Sales team could benefit from more vendor training. Vendor support for customer apps can be dismal at times (not SMS fault but just saying)
