* No bonuses or increase in salary. You can try and ask for more, but it won’t happen trust me. I know a few individuals who have worked there for multiple years and have never gotten a raise!!!! * Management at HQ is failing the company. They spend more time golfing than working. They haven't won a profitable contract in forever. They keep going after contracts as the prime and lose every time. They have bad relationships with other government contractor companies, so no one wants to partner with them. * When I was there people were quitting left and right. When I started there was around 20 some people at HQ and 13 of them quit in my last 4 months of being there. They have no FSO, no Business Analysts, no recruiters, no VP, and no receptionist at the HQ office. *If you for some reason decide to join the HQ team expect to be doing the work of all the people that quit before you and getting paid no extra money to do so. * Once they lose their biggest contract there will be no more STOPSO

Incredible team spirit – The team here is amazingly supportive and truly feels like family. Everyone has each other’s backs, and we celebrate each other’s successes. It’s the kind of place where you actually enjoy working with your coworkers every day. Transparent and caring leadership – Management is super approachable and honest. They keep us in the loop on all the important happenings (no secret decisions, ever) and are always open to questions. You can literally knock on any director’s door and be heard. That kind of openness makes us feel trusted and respected. No micromanagement – tons of trust – STOPSO’s leaders trust you to do your job well. There’s zero micromanagement, which is so refreshing. They give you ownership of your work but are there to support you if you need it. Fantastic communication and support – Communication here is A+. We have regular updates so nobody’s in the dark, and information flows freely across teams. If I have a question or need help, my colleagues and even higher-ups are eager to help out. It’s a very open, “we’re all in this together” vibe.

Honestly, no real cons for me so far. The only “downside” is that I didn’t join STOPSO sooner.
