The directors and leadership team here are the real deal. I came in focused on SEO and ended up building out an entirely new function because leadership saw the potential and backed it. I am pretty sure this doesn't happen at most agencies. When I brought ideas to the table, even pretty ambitious ones, I got support, resources, and real visibility with decision-makers. There's no gatekeeping or ego at the top. The culture is nothing but collaborative and excited. From my experience, people genuinely want to help each other succeed, and you're trusted to own your work.

There truly is no downside to working for this company. My only "con" is not getting to spend more time with my colleagues in person. They're a diverse group of individuals with amazing energy.
