- All positive reviews on Glassdoor are fake and written by management, don't be fooled. - The product sold by the company is borderline a scam, make sure you do your research before joining as to what a 'Strategic Development' actually is in this context.. - You'll be copy & pasting the same message on LinkedIn in mass. You'll be conning respected professionals in their industry to join an online roundtable where the only focus is on the solution providers. - Commission structure is awful - you don't have the ability to make much more than the base salary of £25,000, even if you're one of the best performers on the sales team. - 'Management' aren't qualified to be in their position as most have just come out of university. - IF you value your career, and want to learn something valuable - do not work for Strategy Insights!
