Vantaggi

I started at the company as an HR Intern last year, and the experience has been nothing short of transformative. From day one, I’ve had the opportunity to take on meaningful work, build valuable skills, and grow both professionally and personally. The company fosters an open, dynamic environment where ideas are welcomed, collaboration is constant, and every day brings new learning opportunities. One of the best parts is the exposure to a wide range of industries—this diversity has been instrumental in shaping my career path and expanding my knowledge far beyond a traditional HR role. Whether it’s working with marketing, events, or leadership teams, there’s always a chance to contribute and grow. The people here are truly incredible—supportive, smart, and genuinely fun to work with. It’s rare to find a place where you feel so motivated and appreciated every day. The leadership is approachable, the culture is energetic, and the mission is exciting. If you’re looking for a company that values growth, innovation, and its people—this is the place to be.

Svantaggi

No cons only positive feedback

Vantaggi

Networking opportunities with clients seemed useful at first.

Svantaggi

I was loaded with work from the start and pressured to hit impossible targets with no support. Every “opportunity” I was promised vanished once I signed on, and instead of building skills, I was burned out chasing numbers that didn’t matter. The environment thrived on squeezing people dry and replacing them when they broke down. It wasn’t a career step — it was exploitation dressed up as marketing.
