Everything starts and ends with one man. If a client is happy, management will claim all credit and creative license, if a client is unhappy, all responsibility and blame will be on the team. Almost every micromanagement box is checked, criticism of management is taken personally and there are no working forms of HR or 3rd party assistance to help management understand their teams feedback or grow.

Everyone that is eager to learn and work for the team is rewarded quickly and without asking. Team members are treated like individuals and grown-ups. There are no strict rules about dress code, holidays, hours worked etc. There are team members that have been working here for 5, 15 and 20+ years.

It isn't and will never be a large business, so if you are looking to manage a team, this isn't for you. It's all about a small team of specialists in their own field. But you do have to be a specialist, if you are looking to sit and be taught, this isn't for you.
