The ownership refuses to take any responsibility for the failings of the company as a whole and also refuses to provide proper equipment and safety measures for it's employees. After deducting insurance directly from employee paychecks (which may bounce, be careful) the insurance has lapsed 4 times in the last 12 months. This, boys and girls, is what we call fraud. Multiple OSHA issues and DOL violations, they're lucky the roof hasn't collapsed yet and it took the bindery management accidentally setting himself on fire to have anything repaired in the building. Be careful of your suspension in the parking lot and make sure you bring cleats and a snow shovel as the owner refuses to have the parking lot maintained. (True story, a semi was stuck in a 20' wide by 1' deep hole near the dock for several days).
