Met a few great colleagues that I’d work with again and from anywhere.

Remote is temporary. Training was very intense and it was rare to get down time to process the info and had to ask for lunch/breaks. The trainers I had were immediately in the process of to moving to other departments. High turnover. Not good for a long term role. Salary was ok not competitive. PTO was not flexible. Hard to get coverage while being out. Don’t recommend.

We do have a great deal of opportunity for our Teammates as we are in growth mode right now but do encourage our teams to take time off under our flexible time off policy. We are sorry to hear you didn't take advantage of this policy while you were with us. We hope your next opportunity is a better fit for you.
