Very clique-ish Low pay for performance expected Expects you to know new procedures and policies without telling you Allows management to act out, hurl accusations and treat employees with disrespect personally and in groups Does not follow normal and fair HR practices Owner and many managers are surly and uncommunicative Managers promote favoritism and make sure you know you are not liked. Feelings of harassment. Feelings of going nowhere while others skate along
