In lay man's terms don't become the golden goose. I have worked for 10months - the company is a year and a half old .. So I know what I'm saying.

Pay can be better. Especially with Client Success supporting dedicated Sales Reps. It would be nice if we received a higher bonus or the company can dish out a small bonus of what Sales Reps make.
