If you’re super passionate about Salesforce and getting as many certifications as possible, you’ll likely enjoy the work here. There are a few very talented technical resources leading most projects that are happy to share their knowledge.

The company sees itself as a much larger player in the field than it is, which is the source of a lot of the problems here. No long-term company vision to be found. Management seems to view employees as people who are lucky to have a job, not the people keeping their business alive. Underqualified and insecure managers are the standard here, with one exception. Customer satisfaction comes before common sense and projects will run long to appease every customer need so long as a 5-star review is promised at the end. Over time employees slowly realize their underpaid and undervalued, and move on to companies with better projects and higher salaries.

I learned a lot at the company because the teamlead provided a good training and support, they later taught me how to solve more complex requests. I always received feedback, whether it was positive or constructive. The team is young and the culture is fun, always focused on problem-solving oriented actions. The working hours are flexible. Possibility to work from home and Lunch & Learns are always exciting. If you have an intermediate technical background and are excited about working with Salesforce, this is definitely a great place to work.
