-nice coworkers. Generally welcoming and kind -15 days PTO and for the most part, bosses are flexible if you need to go to a doctors appt -remote -Given nice quality tech to WFH -Direct management in the creative department tend to be empathetic people dealing with the same struggles

-The pay is around 20k under industry standard across the board. Even if they adjusted the wages now, they’d still be in the Stone Age. It’s better to go to a new company where your starting wage is livable because getting a raise at stream is like hoping for water in a drought -No incentives. Stream will continuously ask you to go above and beyond by not only completing your overwhelming client list, but also forcing you to pitch spec work. -regularly worked 9-10 hour days with no lunch break due to overwhelming amount of tasks -No acknowledgement. If you are good at your job, they will pile you with more work months/years before they consider giving you a promotion. I’ve noticed titles like “junior” are often just a reason to pay people less as they will be doing the same job duties as everyone else. Management can be thankless -Benefits are paid out of your check and are EXPENSIVE. -despite being overloaded with work, god forbid you make a mistake. Head proofreaders and other department leaders will run to your bosses over small mistakes

Hybrid work is an option, though many employees are hired fully remote from around the world. Anyone looking for their first job in a marketing agency can find a role to get their professional career started.

Many people have moved into "middle management" positions, leading to an imbalance of management and lower level employees. This makes upward mobility very difficult. A larger push toward AI use has also led to downsizing. The constant moving around of lower level employees to different teams and managers means little stability in recent years.
