Single product focus, with limited opportunities for professional growth. More managers than actual workers (I'm sure this will be sorted as soon as the company really takes off). Mediocre compensation. Untrustworthy management (I was aggressively recruited, over their budget because they needed me, contracted on ongoing, unlimited time and limiting exclusivity terms and, as soon as the company got what they needed from me, I became "too expensive" while being away on holiday).
