The team - such a great supportive group. The training in all aspects such as business development, sales, marketing, campaign management and promotions. The variety - getting a chance to work with large organizations and challenging myself to learn something new everyday. Have time to learn not just about my career but making me think about my goals and ambitions and also what I want to achieve out of like - and that all these things are within my reach - it's the most motivating environemnt I've ever worked in.

The parking - but that's bristol city centre for you!

I don't really have much to say in this area, apart from the lack of parking outside the office. I personally haven't witnessed any cons for myself. I genuinely have a love for what I do and who I work with...
